By purchasing a Tattoo Ticket from an artist, you show respect and support for the work of the artist. It is a way to demonstrate permission to collaborating tattoo artists, and a sign of respect for creatives in general. Thank you for your consideration in advance.

Terms of Use for Tattoo Design Artwork

By purchasing a Tattoo Ticket from Megan Ruby Lee of Wilderess Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the artwork for tattoo purposes:

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a Tattoo Ticket, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific artwork associated with your purchase for the purpose of having it tattooed on your body. This license is personal and non-commercial and is limited to the tattoo process only.

2. Artwork Usage

• Only one artwork design that is listed on the Wilderess Designs website can be used per Tattoo Ticket. If you wish to combine a number of designs, please be in touch with the artist via megan@wilderessdesigns.com.au prior to purchasing a Tattoo Ticket.

• The purchased artwork design is licensed for use only as a tattoo design. You may use the artwork design solely for the purpose of creating a tattoo on your own body, and you are not authorised to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or modify the artwork for any other commercial purposes.

• The artwork design may not be used for any products, prints, logos, branding, or any other form of reproduction.

3. Ownership of Artwork

• All rights to the original artwork remain the sole property of Megan Ruby Lee of Wilderess Designs, including any intellectual property rights.

• The purchase of a Tattoo Ticket does not transfer ownership of the artwork design or grant you exclusive rights to the design. It simply grants you permission to use the artwork design for the specific purpose of getting a tattoo.

• The purchase of a Tattoo Ticket does not include the physical purchase of the lino print. To purchase the artwork, you must purchase the print via the online store or in person as a separate transaction.

• The physical purchase of any lino print artwork by Megan Ruby Lee either online or in person, does not equate to the permission of the use of the artwork design for the purpose of a tattoo or any other reproduction. A Tattoo Ticket must be purchased for the purpose of a personal tattoo.

4. Modifications to Artwork

• If you wish to make changes or modifications to the design (such as size, placement, or details), you may do so in collaboration with your tattoo artist. 

• If you wish to combine a number of artworks from Megan Ruby Lee, into one or more designs, these will be considered separate works and may require a new licensing agreement. Please be in touch with the artist to negotiate permissions.

5. Tattoo Artist and Placement

• You are responsible for selecting a professional tattoo artist and discussing the placement, size, and details of the tattoo design. Megan Ruby Lee is not responsible for the final outcome of the tattoo or any dissatisfaction with the tattoo process.

• The presentation of this Tattoo Ticket to the tattoo artist can be taken as permission from Megan Ruby Lee for you to use the preferred artwork design for the purposes of the tattoo design.

6. No Resale or Reproduction

• You agree that the tattoo design will not be reproduced for resale or used in any commercial context (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials, etc.).

• This license is limited to personal use only, and any breach of this term may result in legal action.

7. Credit and Acknowledgment

• While it is not a requirement, you are encouraged to credit the artwork to Megan Ruby Lee of Wilderess Designs when sharing photos of your tattoo on social media or in any public forum. Please tag Instagram: @wilderess.designs 

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of the Tattoo Ticket as a digital product, no refunds will be issued once the ticket is purchased.

9. Liability

• You understand that the tattoo design is for personal use only, and Megan Ruby Lee is not liable for any issues arising from the tattoo process, including but not limited to health issues, dissatisfaction with the final tattoo, or damage caused during the tattooing procedure.

• Megan Ruby Lee is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the artwork beyond the scope of this agreement.

By purchasing a Tattoo Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
